Food & Freedom: How the Slow Food Movement Is Changing the World Through Gastronomy by Carlo Petrini

2.0

The Slow Food movement is really important, and this book could have been fantastic, as it’s written by its founder, but the tone is very pretentious and full of assumptions, and the writing is just terrible. I will now look for writing by others to understand the movement, it’s a pity that a book by the founder is so poorly written.
