I got the book because the games always seem amazing but I suck at playing them. So I figured reading the book would tell me what it is all about. I read the French translation of this book which was a bad idea. The translation was quite bad. Aside from that however, I found the story good despite time passing way to quickly and being very 'game like' at the beginning. Getting Codex pages and new weapons whenever he kills a person on his list. Like the way you would get prices when you finish a chapter.
Still I thought it was worth reading.
