Yona of the Dawn, Vol. 8 by Mizuho Kusanagi

reread

this is the first real outlook we get at su-won in the present timeline. we get to see him through the earth tribe chief's eyes. he's a warrior, a man who would never follow someone he doesn't respect. and su-won presents himself as soft and clueless but by the end of the book, we and gun-tae (the earth tribe's chief) can see that he's a plotting cunning intelligent man than can do good things for kouka kingdom. wich is very hard to deal with as we have seen what he had to do to yona and hak to be in this position of power. a truly great story with so many layers.
