A technology twisted thriller where Charlie and his friends are playing a game that they play in their day to day life. God is there to lead them, but ultimately they have ‘free will’ to make the decision that they want to...if they can handle the consequences.
So this....I don’t even know. It wasn’t bad. But I just don’t think it was for me.
I thought the first 200-250 pages were a bit slow. I know, I know. That’s a lot of pages. But there just wasn’t a lot there to keep my attention.
It definitely started to speed up and then it got pretty dark. I definitely was not expecting the ending at all!
It has a bit of a religious tone to it, but not very much.
I would recommend it, if you liked Nerve and like a dark undertone.
