Listen, I tried, but by the end I was tremendously disappointed. I'm not sure what I expected, but personally the plot felt very flat, the characters didn't develop fully, and some scenes felt a bit awkward. Perhaps this genre is not for me, and the book in fact has potential, but for the time being, I have to confess that, unfortunately, it is one of the books that I have least enjoyed this year.
