Friends, Lovers, and the Big Terrible Thing

Holy shit Matthew Perry can write. There was humour and darkness and you really felt you got real insight into him. I read this after he died so that really had an affect particularly how he wrote such a hopeful ending for the future. Read it in a weekend and didn’t want it to end. Full of honesty and redemption, he holds nothing back and doesn’t sugarcoat his scars and the mistakes he’s made. Truly an amazing memoir.
