Enjoyable read, but the way that the book/characters fault the FMC for not keeping in touch with her father when he stopped calling and visiting her when she was 13 is… a choice. Like, a child does not bear equal responsibility as her pilot father for this. It’s not like she could jump on a plane and visit…. Unlike him. Like. Come on now.
