the 2 stars are a stretch. 1 star for the crumbs i got of zee & vee, and the other star for ryan.

ryan shay held this book together with his TEETH. he was good enough for me to continue reading but not good enough for me to give it more than 2 stars. he was amazing tho, the fact he learned sign language as soon as he found out her dad was deaf anddd he paid for her infertility treatment.

indy was so annoying. she was basically holding a gun to our heads to make us feel sorry for her. are u joking?? who the hell cares that ur childhood friend of 22 years turned boyfriend for 6 years, cheated on u? like ok i felt bad but then she dragged it through the MUD and back 90 times. i mean the man didn't even bother to learn sign language for ur father and u stayed with him, what did u expect?

don't get me started with her being dramatic with not being able to orgasm. are u fkn serious? there's people DYING KIM NO ONE CARES IF U CAN ORGASM OR NOT. & i can't begin to understand ryan for being attracted to her. she was absolutely too much

i'm gonna paste a scene that happened because i just cannot move past it, it's really itching me to rate this -10 stars. so, context is he stays up worried about her bc she was doing rideshare past midnight. she comes home & he's mad at her for doing it and this is what happens;
"Ryan Shay, do you care about me?"
"No."
She moves her shoulders, dancing around the island. "Ryan Shay cares about me!" He hands go to her knees, and she sticks her ass out, twerking in my kitchen.

i was mortified.

"Trust me. If we were fucking, they'd know. I'm not very quiet." i mean, who says that????

all in all, i did not enjoy this. i would have rather read a book with rosie, the dog. i hated indy. i did not love ryan per se, but i liked him.
