I am so hooked on Ms. Hamilton’s series. I have been reading them a little out of order but it doesn’t ruin much. This book talks of Madeline and Mike hard into the P.I. world again trying to wrap up three different cases. In the midst of all this, Madeline is thown into the event planning world again, filling in for her sick manager. These events get tangled and mingled with the P.I. cases. Add in her ex-husband, Stephen, who is in prison, who forces her into the spotlight yet again. 

This book is a page turner and wrapped me into the story from the first couple of pages. The characters are believable and definitely evoke emotion from the reader.
