This book is so tough for me to talk about. I gave it 2 stars but it really is like a one and a half. This book is so cheesy for a thriller. It almost felt like a writing assignment for a creative writing class. I mean it was so unbelievable you just had to roll your eyes. I seriously threw this book down three times screaming “I hate this book”! I mean seriously the plot was just so cringe. But, it had redeeming qualities. 1. I love this author and I really do love her writing style. 2. I do give credit that this was an original plot I haven’t seen before, no matter how messy it was. 3. It was apparently good enough to make me make it through to the end so truly how bad could it be? It really reminds me of “A Simple Favor”, so if you are a fan of that movie you may like this. If you have read this do you agree?? Am I alone??
