I am not a fan of love triangles but I am a fan of Aprilynne Pike's love triangles. I knew that as soon as this series came out I would want to read it because I read her Wings series and absolutely loved it. She just has a way of coming up with these ideas that are completely new and I welcome them with open arms. Like I said, I like her love triangles because the main characters ends up choosing the right guy. Or at least the guy I'm rooting for.
After reading Earthbound I wasn't too pumped but this book definitely did give the series a little boost which some authors struggle to do once they hit a middle book. It has been a while since I've read the first book so a lot of the details were fuzzy for me and though she did try to bring up what happened at the beginning it just didn't make things much clearer.
I think the wait for the next book will be worth it.
