This book is trying Really hard to be dreamy and sophisticated, but it's pointless and boring. The plot line has been done to death and is completely unoriginal. The main character doesn't deserve a name because she's a mushroom come to life, apparently. Okay, so the author drew on wood, dear god people, she didn't cure cancer! This is a classic "will only appeal to adults" picture book, if I've ever seen one.
Weird Asian book!
