Breathless by Willow Winters, W. Winters
5.0
Starting right where Heartless left off...
Aria struggles with loving Carter and wanting to be with him, but also wanting to protect her family. This puts a damper on their growing relationship and leaves Aria broken. The events that take place in the very begging are alluring and leave your chest pounding. Eventually, Carter is able to calm down; however, their love is subduing and is becoming vacant. The duration of Breathless take place away from Carter and focuses on the friendship growth between Aria and Addison. I found this book to be very heartfelt and heavy. The war is still going to happen and is hot and heavy during this book. In the end you are left on a cliffhanger with still no HEA.
Willow Winter's has a way of making you feel true heartache!! UGH, this series is SO GOOD!!
