I really wish I had read this book and not listened to it. A lot of material in this book needs full attention and there are lots of graphs that are referred to which I didn’t have access to. The first part of the book explains cognitive behavioral therapy and how it can help cure depression. The second part of the books goes into therapy vs drugs with dealing with depression and a break down of what all the different drugs do and side effects. If you work with people in a counseling or doctoral profession this book is a must read and a great resource to have!
