Brexley is fire. I can not say that enough. Her will, her power, her strength, her resilience. Wow. I ate it all up.
Watching her go through horrendous trials in a prison setting that was so eloquently built was phenomenal, it sucks the reader in. And though it seems like a slow build, it sucks you in like a tornado.
She fights to survive and she is bad ass bitch.
This book had me loving side Characters just as much as the main Characters. By the end I was like whoa, is Tad ok!? Opie?
I'm excited to get to know the fae king in the second book and see just how much our girl grows, fights and survives.
Warwick did her dirty. But the chemistry between them was *chefs kiss*. I'm interested to see how he comes to play in the second book too. They are drawn to eachother, but I don't think Brex will be quick to forgive his betrayal. I hope not, anyway.
