The Murder's Daughter
by Jonathan Kellerman
A new standalone by Jonathan Kellerman delivers as always a page turning suspense !
Grace Blade is a psychotherapist that deals in trauma cases. A young, brilliant doctor Grace keeps to herself living a life of solitude other than her patients. The closest she comes to emotional encounters consist of one night stands. It is after one such nights that she finds her world turned upside down as she gets caught up in a murder case and being threatened herself. Is Grace's tormented past catching up with the life she has made for herself ? Can she survive ?
An exciting story that pulls you into the life of Grace Blade as she goes rogue on her own search for the killer and relives her childhood.
The only thing that kept this from being a 5 star was an ending that seemed to be wrapped up a little to fast without explaining all my questions. Overall a great read !
