Why was there so much singing and so many stories told in verse?? This didn't work for me. I prefer the movies. Sry not sry. 

I liked the characters (obviously bc I've watched the movies multiple times) and the nature descriptions. 

It's not a bad book. It just doesn't fit my taste.
