I'm traumatized from "dark romance" rant reviews on tiktok but this was pretty chill? It's a dark-ish romcom. A lot of it was the narration (hello Jacob Morgan) but overall it was almost slapstick at times and nothing too weird/icky happened throughout. Will definitely read Junior's book, though I will be disappointed if the narrator doesn't have a New Jersey Italian accent.

Hot take, there should be content warnings for surprise
