Cute coming of age story for preteens. Nice to see girls in STEM, generations of girls in STEM no less. Also nice to see the science people willingly admit they need art people to make it a cohesive project.
Was a bit of a bummer to see a "I felt sorry for her so I asked her out" minor plotline but it was nice to see genuine conflict resolution and mature conversation.
