How To Find Love When You're Weird by Camilla Evergreen Romantic Comedy. This is the story of Ellen Little, who finds herself looking for a serious partner so that she can inherit her cottage before her twenty-sixth birthday which is less than two months away! And here comes Hayes Sallow, someone who came five years ago as well, but Ellen doesn't remember! But now, he is living next door, and they come in terms of fake dating collaboration! And now there is drama, humour, confusion, and love, so much of it! Read the book to know more!
It was my first book by Camilla Evergreen and I am a fan! What beautiful writing, heartwarming story, inclusive message, weirdly loving main characters, supporting and irritating family(in a fun way), so many punch lines, and chemistry! It has everything that you want to read in a book to lift your mood!
I haven't read much-forced proximity as a subgenre in romance and I was a little skeptical, but if they are written like this, I'm all over there for it. Camilla Evergreen knows her characters, their details, and who they are, and she has the power to make the readers know them equally. And that's astonishing! The character development of Ellen and Hayes was so good. No wonder they are one of my all-time favourite fiction pairs!
The ending was something I wasn't expecting at all. And it surprised me, in a way that my love and respect for the story increased much more. It talks about
The best way in which I can explain my reading experience is that it was a humorous, "adorable", comfort book! And why adorable is written that way, you'll know when you will read the book!
If you are someone who wants to read rom-coms, whether you are a beginner or an avid reader, do read this book! One of my favourite reads of this year and I highly recommend it.
