Tempting Auzed by Victoria Aveline

This is my favorite of the series so far. The emotion was cranked way up. The depth and growth in both these characters is intense. There are definitely some star crossed lovers vibes going on. They have to choose to sacrifice things that were important to them for a chance at an uncertain future together.

My favorite part is how they each challenge the other to be their most authentic selves. Both come into the situation wearing similar but almost inverse masks but to really embrace their bond they have to completely shed the pretense. It’s really sweet to see, especially in Auzed. (I cried. A whole lot)

The spice is amped up between these too and we get to see how well he learns (and enjoys) human customs. It’s special how much he is in awe of her. And all the ways he shows his appreciation.
