O.W.L.s Readathon 2020
“fiction: the ocean i dive headfirst into when i can no longer breathe in reality.”
I don't read poetry often (or at all really), but one of the challenges for this readathon was to step outside my comfort zone, so naturally this is where I would end up.... Little did I know that I would be sobbing my eyes out while reading this at 4 am. While not everything in this resonated with me, there were a few key passages that touched my soul. I don't think this necessarily "converted" me to poetry, it does make me curious to try out more in the future, especially the others in this series.
