this book was well written, visceral, and sharp. at times it made me chuckle and others it hit me in the chest. grief is such a heavy feeling but it can also be a melancholy nostalgia. i thought it was interesting how she used the burglary to move through grief and juxtaposed the two events. 

some parts were more compelling than others but overall i enjoyed it.
