Moonkind by Sarah Prineas

The conclusion to Sarah Prineas's lovely WINTERLING trilogy. I thought it was satisfying and I loved the way that it turned the problems of trust and oaths on their heads. As a reader, the final scene where Fer suggests "love" is the way to solve the problem of the stilth struck me as a little ambiguous, but I was invested enough in the story and characters to let that go and just be glad there was a solution.

I listened to the audio version of WINTERLING with my kids, and I have to admit that one of my favorite elements of this book is Rook's voice, which I heard in my head exactly as the reader interpreted it.
