The Summer of Broken Rules
by K.L. Walther
the summer of broken rules was another read that has been on my tbr for awhile, so i was excited to start reading it once summer finally hit. i loved the entire premise of a game of assassination amongst friends and family at martha’s vineyard, along with the insight to the relationship meredith had with her family. it was all very heartwarming. i particularly thought wit and meredith’s love story to be quite cute and an easy one to fall into. however, i do think i would’ve enjoyed this book more when i was younger, as i find the writing style is geared a bit more that type of audience. overall, this was a great read to kick off the summer!
