by Ingrid Law
This series of books rests on the small shelf of new storytelling that truly captures the heart and soul of everything magical. Few authors have recently written anything to measure up to the classics of Lewis's Narnia or Burnett's The Secret Garden.
Wildly adventurous and set in the familiar sights and smells of today's world, Law's quirky characters have caught us falling in love with them yet again in this third great addition to her Savvy storyline.
As we've read each novel aloud together as a family, we are left begging for more and more. Even as my kids approach their teens, they have to admit that they can't wait for the next Savvy book to release its wacky ways on all of us.
Please keep writing more. :)
