Obsessed. Ruined. That is what this book has done to me. It has honestly been a long time since l've been this enthralled in a romantasy and Devney pulled me in from the very start. The world building. The monsters. Odessa. The Guardian.
Their tension from the slowest burn. The side characters. Our little star. Everything was done so well. Those last few chapters had me on the very edge of my seat and gods I need the next book like now. I'm sure I'll have more to add later, but to put it simply, I absolutely loved this book.
