I wanted to read this because I watched the show on Netflix and LOVED it but had low expectations going into the book based on other reviews. Some parts of it I enjoyed and others I was extremely bored. I’m glad I watched the show and movie because when my mind wandered I could come back and still know exactly what part of the story I was in. I get the comparisons to Normal People but unfortunately this didn’t live up to that standard for me.
