Mrs. Nash's Ashes
by Sarah Adler
Adorable and heartwarming. Millie ends up on a road trip with an acquaintance (after their flights were cancelled). She’s on a quest to bring her friend’s (Mrs. Nash) ashes to her lesbian lover who Mrs. Nash hadn’t seen or communicated with in several decades. There is some will they/won’t they, but it is less annoying than usual because it’s handled in a more mature way for the most part. The main character is quirky and whimsical and delightful.
