This was a rough one.  Rhys was an asshole 95% of the book.  His need for power and adulation was very annoying. He has his beautiful wife and his newly rekindled handsome boyfriend but he just wanted more and more power in The Society.  Moira seemed lost on helping Rhys.  When she used dominating oil on Rhys that took him down to the ground was so impressive.  She is a badass. David on the other hand took to spending more time with an old friend, Max, from his childhood.  I hated Max the second he got on the page.  I did not trust that man.  As much as Rhys annoys me on his own... I love him with David and with Moira.  Rhys took on too many demons any one person should and it culminated in a blow up on a holiday vacation.  Cue his undoing.  That night changed him completely.  He called upon an archangel which means he will not be able to summon demons anymore.  How will that work for The Society?  I loved the ending. Rhys worked with other people to help restructure The Society.  Power will be split among 3 people.  Rhys should not be the leader, clearly he can't handle power, and they found a way to move forward.  Our throuple lives on! Rhys, Moira, and David are the main reason I stayed on reading till the end.
