Filthy Rich Boys
by C.M. Stunich
O-M-G. What did I just read? I don’t know why I always do this to myself- start a new and freaking good series and then wait in agony for the next book. I’m too old for this and my heart can’t just handle anymore of this anticipation but I do it anyway *sighs*. Yes, woe is me. Well, enough of the drama.
Filthy Rich Boys is the first book in this newest series from the author. Now, I love Rock Hard Beautiful. I love it so much that I’m over the moon when the author said she will release a sort of follow up book. But right after reading this baby, I’m sorry Muse and Copeland but I will need to add these boys to our group.
This book gave me the Boys Over Flowers/ Meteor Garden vibes. Let me just say that I was a huge fan of those series and I was so scared after a few chapters in that it will be nearly like the TV sitcom. Although the TV series and this book both share the story of a poor girl who attended a prestigious school for the filthy rich and elitist students, it ended with the characters and even the minor ones back stories. The FMC of this story is way different from the sassy, spunky girl from the sitcom. But I have a feeling that she might have a change of character on book 2. Like they say, hell has no fury like a woman scorned and revenge is best served cold. The author added her own twists to this story and with the way it ended, it made me more anxious to read the next one. I really hope it won’t be long. I need my fix right now!
