Slow Ride by Erin McCarthy
4.0
As mentioned in the previous Fast Track books... McCarthy uses a similar formula every time. They meet, they have lots of sex, they fall in love, there's a fight, and then they come back together. Knowing this, I still love to read these books.
What I will say about this book is that the problem that arises near the end of the book seems a little more authentic than in her previous Fast Track novels. It wasn't something that just happened out of the blue, there was foreshadowing in a genuine way what was coming. Were they quick to resolve the issue, I guess, even though the author says it was over four weeks since their breakup.
I liked the book, it was an easy read and a fun one at that.
