I enjoyed this book. Likable characters and engaging prose, which had a slightly old-fashioned/formal feel to it while still being compelling. Unique and interesting worldbuilding, too.

The plot very much takes second place to the relationship between the two main characters, so someone drawn in by the mystery aspects of the book might want to be aware of that.
