The Solitude of Prime Numbers by Paolo Giordano

3.0

I guess I am more than a little disappointed in the ending of the novel. Although I loved Giordano's style of writing and compelling descriptions of the interior lives of people emotionally shattered by devastating childhood trauma, I expected some revealing event at the end to resolve the plot.
That said, there are some truly magnificent passages in his writing that I found myself underlining simply because they succinctly express universal truths about the human experience.
