Fans of the video game will be transported right back into this world. As a recent convert to The Witcher it was fun to experience the motions of that world in this book pretty much exactly as it is in the game. Longtime fans might find this story to be a bit slight (definitely feels like one of the lighter side quests from the game) but I had a lot of fun reading this. The characters' voices are so strong and the setup of the story and how it plays out is so familiar I can't imagine any fan of the games would be unhappy with this.
