It all happened too fast and also, very slowly. So, it was page nine or something like that when the guy was like "so can't stop thinking about you" and I'm here left to wonder why. Their encounter was a total of five minutes and you didn't say much. What do you mean?
So they're in love at like 30% of the book which is right away in this short story,and then we have the rest of it of domestic bliss, which I didn't care about because I didn't care about the characters in the first place. It's not like the author gave me a reason to.
You know how when you're in school they teach you how a story has a beginning, a problem and an ending? Ain't no problems here. Basically nothing happened except for falling in love God knows how.
If this is your jam, sure. But for me? Maybe I'm just too emotionally old and tired for this.
