Did not finish book. Stopped at 92%.

I wanted more out of this book. From the premise, there’s a kind of promise that is kept - but I didn’t like the way the narrative handled the telling of the promise. This is a me thing for sure. But I skimmed ahead and it wasn’t worth wading through what annoyed me. Overall, I liked most of this book though.
