and Caleb are good friends and when Caleb agrees to help renovate Cassie's childhood home the two of them can't seem to fight their attraction to one another. However, Caleb is after being hurt in the past is determined to keep them friends with benefits. But when the two of them start to have real feelings things start to get complicated.  

 
I'm glad we got to see Caleb and Cassie again after the last book and that these two got their own love story. Caleb and Cassie have always had great chemistry and in this book their chemistry was through the roof. I liked the new character Emily. The shy babysitter to Oliver and Mindy's kids and I can't wait to read more about her in the next book.
