The Jungle Book (Illustrated with Interactive Elements)
by Rudyard Kipling
I listened to this audiobook while I made a puzzle from The Jungle Book, haha.
Another classic! I had no idea The Jungle Book was essentially a collection of short stories. I grew up with Disney's Jungle Book, so it wasn't what I expected at all. But I actually really liked it! The writing was good, and I loved the characters. Most of the stories were interesting, though the last two weren't my favourites. You can definitely tell that this book was written in a different time period, due to the racism, sexism and the amount of violence in a children's book. But I feel like it's expected from a book written in 1894.
Overall, 3.5/5 rounded up.
