I really loved reading about Mason with his daughter Willow and her new nanny Ivy!
This is an age gap, single dad x nanny, best friends brother, forbidden romance was GIVING!! No matter how much Mason wanted to resist the pull to Willow, he couldn't! Willow's relationship with Ivy and her dog Daisy was seriously the sweetest. I loved watching how close they got and how easy it was for them.
When Mason and Ivy first gave in to their feelings, it was supposed to be a summer fling before Ivy moved to the big city. They soon found out that they were both in deeper than they thought. There were so many swoony moments that had me giggling, and I loved it all.
Although there was a third-act breakup/conflict, I always knew it was coming based on who the characters were but I didn't mind it too much and I loved how it was all resolved.
I definitely do want to read more about this small town!
