Took my attention on from the minute I heard the first few chapters. Deals with difficult topics such as abuse, gaslighting and unhealthy coping mechanisms but in a way that it is not overwhelmingly sad to listen to. Very inspiring to hear the author managed to develop as a person and deal with the unhealthy parts of her life.
