Did not finish book. Stopped at 20%.

Kind of soft DNF. It isn't a bad or annoying book, but it isn't a story or genre collectively that I can ever get in to. I don't like sad books usually and this one already feels quite sad and heavy, with paranormal mysteries and a ghost story, sad family secrets, losing loved ones, and the inevitability of that happening. Looking up other reviews I see that the sadness will continue throughout the story, so I'm going to let it go now and call it - it's just not for me, but others may find it's a perfect match (i's cozy and sets the scene very well).
