i agree that "Death is banal" and that "[The author doesn't] have anything to say that hasn't already been said." which is probably why plodding through this book was utter torture to me. i was going to give this a 1.5 stars but then i found out one of the only good points the author made wasn't their own when it was credited @ the end to a movie.
