This was my least favorite Longmire book I’ve read. I didn’t like the style of this one. Every chapter included flash backs and I felt it introduced too many characters and wasn’t clear of how it fit together. The side characters just sat on the sides until it was convenient for them to come in. Some of my favorite characters seemed benched and just came and went in. Their involvement felt choppy.
