Here's Looking at Euclid: A Surprising Excursion Through the Astonishing World of Math by Alex Bellos

An interesting look at mathematics throughout the ages. Many of the examples are, as other reviewers have said, rather old hat, but as I didn't yet know about them, I didn't mind. The book as a whole has a very playful, colloquial air that was quite enjoyable.
