I would not care to besmirch the author, but the books very introduction is of a homosexual paper doll. The stereotypes are quickly exchanged and no real sense of character is actually given.
I wonder sometimes if this is how people have seen me, notrealizing that the way gay ppl navigate the world is very different than how they feel or speak to themselves.
