God of Fury by Rina Kent

4.0

“the rest of our lives, huh, baby?” he nods, lips curling into the most gorgeous smile. “the rest of our lives, baby.”

god I've waited for this book for sooo long and needless to say that it served, ate, devoured and everything in between.

I looooove the relationship dynamics between niko and bran. it was so overwhelming to read bran's journey but it was so worth it. he deserves everything and more.

the humor in this book is over the notch and the banter they had made me smile so much. niko is such a golden retriever, and I never thought that was gonna be possible (i am with everyone who says that his parents paid his way through college or he cheated).

I'm so glad to see how lan and bran worked through the complexities of their relationship. ps, all the parts with lan reassuring/comforting bran healed a part of me.

bran's story is very graphic and heartbreaking, reading the tws is really important.

overall, I can't believe I've finally read nikobran. I've daydreamed about their book so much that it still feels surreal.

the white mask was exactly who I thought it was gonna be so that was just another christmas gift for me fr.

this whole book is like a personal gift for christmas from rina to ME.
