I'm familiar with Christianity, so to me Aslan is clearly God and Queen Jadis seems to represent Satan. I kind of wish Lewis had not used a woman as the great evil. I think it's curious that the second the characters enter Narnia, the queen suddenly becomes a 'witch'. Why did all the powerful women have to be witches in those days? It just left a bad taste in my mouth. :(
But besides that, I liked this book!
