adventurous dark emotional hopeful fast-paced

5.0

Me: * Starts reading book * Ohhh... I'm enjoying this dark and twisted read.
Also me: *After finishing the book * Oh Sh*t, that was a great read!

After seeing a few highlights about this book, I knew immediately that I needed to read this book. It was right up my alley and would check off a few of my boxes when selecting my next dark read.

You Should've Kept Driving is a rather dark, thrilling, and twisted story following a woman who is abducted from the side of the road. From there she is taken to a house of torment by two men and is placed amongst a group of women who they have "broken in" and "prepared" for auction. The MMCs however, were wildly out of their league and unprepared for their encounter with the enigma they stole from the street.
As each chapter progressed, the woven web of darkness unfolded further to reveal the true master manipulator behind the events that have taken place. By the time the ending came, I had a wicked grin of enjoyment plastered across my face. I absolutely loved how this book ended and suggest it to other readers who enjoy their books dark and beyond morally grey.
