While I don't think the beliefs and strategies can apply to everyone who reads this book, I do think it really resonated with me and I would like to give it five stars. Upon reflection, it has gentle strategies toward midfulness, kindness, and compassion that are inspiring to bring into daily life. I will say some of the strategies while powerful and will be applicable to my life would probably need helpful to others, but I hesitate to encourage anyone who has experienced trauma or mental health issue to go off strategies in this book alone as I also believe a mental health professional would be required.
